On-the-job training

ISS General Secretariat has a long tradition in offering ‘on-the-job training’ opportunities.

We believe it is important to offer young people the opportunity to acquire a practical and professional experience in an organization dedicated to children and family protection. The purpose of an internship is to enable the intern to acquire the practical work experience they need to complement a course of academic study.

Interns and volunteers working with the ISS General Secretariat are rapidly integrated in a team under the supervision of experienced staff. Their duties are decided upon according to their interests and qualifications as well as the General Secretariat needs.
