Training at ISS
Children and families are best supported by professionals who have the skills, knowledge and confidence to respond to increasingly complex social challenges. At ISS, training is therefore a key pillar of our work.
We design and deliver training opportunities that strengthen social work practice, promote children’s rights and support professionals working across borders and contexts.
Our training programmes bring together ISS staff and volunteers, social workers, child protection practitioners and community actors to exchange knowledge, develop practical skills and promote innovative, rights-based approaches.
