Free text | Guidelines prepared by the Children's Bureau of the US Department of Health, Education and Welfare in 1979 to be used to in the adoption process of foreign children in the USA - "to help ensure that foreign-born children adopted by American families are afforded the same protections and services as native-born children." Annexes 1 and 2 contain examples of forms to be used for social and medical assessment of child considered for adoption. |
