Free text This book is about a report made by the Centre on Housing Rights Evictions (COHRE)related with housing rights of children. It is shows children profoundly affected by poverty. Preventable child deaths and illness are often a direct result of inadequate housing conditions. This report discuss how housing rights violations also affects other groups of vulnerable children, including orphaned children and child-headed households, girls, refugee and diplaced children and focibly evicted children. This study also has an objective to help the States to respect the international human rights standards and to implement these recommendations.
