| Free text | In this report, the Child Councelors share their views on child rights issues in Hong Kong. These views were discussed in the two Children's Council Meetings for and by children in 2003 and 2004. These meeting were initiated by Against Child Abuse, the Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF and the Hong Kong Committee on Children's Rights and Child Ambassadors during the third year of the Child Ambassadors' Scheme. These councils are organised to give the children an appropriate platform to express their views in matters concerning themselves. |
