Free text | The Swiss Branch of the International Social Service in Geneva publishes a presentation of the ISS/IRC's Brochure No 1, elaborated in 1999 as a way of disseminating in Switzerland these important guidelines on the ethical principles that should direct the practice of domestic and intercountry adoption. The document adds a section on the rights of adopted people to search and obtain information on their origins - this includes the rights of people who were conceived through medically assisted techniques such as donor insemination. |
