The World Congress is a non-profit association incorporated under the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. It meets every four years. At its meeting in September 2001 in Bath, UK it plans to inaugurate the International Children's Rights Protection Network. ' The ICRPN will be a permanent, professionally managed organisation established under the auspices of the World Congress which will bring together lawyers, lawyer educators, lawyer organisations and associated professional groups in a co-operative effort to provide assistance for children through legal advocacy, advocacy of policy and legislative change and education. |
