It consists o six thematic papers covering issues that were considered to be particularly relevant to the promotion of child rights in the Europe and Central Asia Region. Five of these papers were discussed in the Working Groups; the sixth on children's participation was prepared as a cross-cutting theme of significance in each of the main thematic papers. The papers aimed to raise questions and they also aimed to bring together information on recent development and innovation in that particular field, while pointing to an emerging agenda for children in the region. |
