Free text This publication it is the Report made by the Law Reform Commission of Ireland regarding intercountry adoption issues. This Report contains the Commisions's final recommendations regarding the reqquest made by The Attorney General's Request concerning the status and rights of a child resident outside the State who is subject ofa foreign adoption order made in favour of an Irish citizen.
