Free text In DCI collection of books: This publication contains contributions from fourty specialists on questions of parental responsibility and protection of the child. It is a collection of studies concerning the relation between the protection of minors and parental authority and responsibility in Europe. These studies are based on historical, social, cultural or philosophical circumstances which contribute to the definition and implementation of European policies for child protection.
