The current crisis in Ukraine has highlighted once more the plight of children, young people and families who have to face war and displacement. In light of these circumstances, without forgetting other ongoing conflicts, we believe that the MOOC is a valuable tool that concretely helps to equip professionals and volunteers to provide quality care and protection to unaccompanied and separated children.
Therefore, ISS together with CELCIS, IFRC, and IFSW with the continued support of a Taskforce composed of different organisations, decided to re-open on May 9th, 2022, the MOOC “Caring for Children Moving Alone: Protecting Unaccompanied and Separated Children”- available in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic – that you can access here.
